Mark Spoor is a licensed master electrician. He founded and managed Spoor Electric, Inc., growing the company to nearly $15 million in revenue with more than 350 employees, then the largest electrical contractor in Palm Beach County, Florida. Mr. Spoor’s customers included Lennar Homes, US Homes, Centex, Pulte Homes, Ryland Group, Toll Brothers, M. I. Homes, and K Hovnanian Enterprises. Spoor sold his company to Integrated Electrical Services, Inc., a national electrical contracting company. Spoor has also managed builders and developers in Florida, focusing on increasing productivity, supply chain management, business development and project management. Spoor’s most recent assignment has been as Senior Project Manager for Dee Car Building Corporation, a division of Coastal Design & Development Group, located in Delray Beach, Florida.
