From 1995 to 1999 Mr. Schwarz was a Vice President of Sandera Capital Management L.L.C. a private investment firm and from 1993 to 1996 Mr. Schwarz was a securities analyst and portfolio manager for SCM Advisors L.L.C. an investment advisory firm.
