Mark E. O'Neill is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Mark counsels clients and is experienced in all phases of commercial real estate law and finance, including sales transactions, acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, tax-deferred exchanges and tax credit transactions. A substantial portion of Mark's practice is devoted to real estate finance, representing both lenders and borrowers in matters ranging from construction and permanent real estate loan transactions to loan workouts. Mark also specializes in affordable housing transactions and is particularly experienced in representing for-profit and non-profit developers in Section 8 and Section 42 low-income tax credit transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree with honors from Drake University Law School. Mark is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association.
