Mark is a partner in the firm’s audit and accounting services group and is located in our Syracuse, NY office. Professional Experience Mark is experienced in the areas of internal control reviews and is involved in the audit and taxation of single and multi-employer employee benefit plans. Additionally, he provides estate, retirement and tax planning for small to medium sized business owners. Mark's clients include employee benefit plans, construction companies and organized labor organizations. He has been with the firm for over thirty years. From 1971 through 1977, Mark also served in the Finance Office of the United States Army Reserve.
