Mark is one of our founding attorneys and is a Partner in our Business and Real Estate practice areas. His experience representing businesses of all types in such things as strategic planning, formation, structure, key employee agreements, equity transfer restriction, complex contract negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, land use, real estate development, public/private financing, and operational compliance makes him a valued resource and trusted advisor. While understanding things from a legal perspective is certainly important, Mark also understands client concerns from a business perspective, having run a large private company with sixty-three sites in seven states. Mark has also served as General Counsel to the Summit County Port Authority, a significant economic development engine for Northeast Ohio, and is currently a Fellow of the Akron Bar Association.
