Mark Jacobson is the chair of Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Auto and Truck Dealership practice group. He has spent 25 years counseling and representing private and family businesses with a special concentration representing auto, heavy-duty truck and recreational vehicle dealerships. His services include general corporate, business and partnership representation, motor vehicle franchise law, business succession planning, and business sales and acquisitions.
