Mr. Ferchau became Executive Vice President of the Company in April 2004. From February 2003 to April 2004, he served as the Company's Senior Vice President, Engineering and Operations, after initially joining the Company as a Vice President in September 2001. Mr. Ferchau previously served as Production Manager for Forcenergy Inc. from 1997 to 2001 and as Vice President, Engineering of Convest Energy Corporation from 1993 to 1997. Prior thereto, Mr. Ferchau held various positions with Wagner & Brown, Ltd. and other independent oil and gas companies. |
