Mark Dobroski is Development Manager for First Industrial Development Services’ East region, where he is involved in all phases of industrial development projects. He was previously the Senior Investment Analyst for First Industrial’s Gulf/Mountain Region, where he was involved in the acquisition and disposition of existing facilities and land sales. Prior to joining First Industrial in 1998, he was a real estate litigation consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P., where he specialized in analyzing the impact of environmental contamination on real estate values and participated in business valuations in a litigation context. He also worked as a civil engineer, where he was involved in the development of commercial site plans and inspections of related construction activities. He also has experience in building construction, including project management. He has worked as a real estate appraiser and as an investment associate involved in repositioning distressed real estate assets during the early 1990s. Mr. Dobroski served as a lieutenant in the United States Air Force as a communication systems engineer from 1986 to 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts degree in Real Estate Valuation, Finance and Investment Analysis from the University of Florida. He also holds the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and is a former commercial candidate of the Appraisal Institute. |
