Mark Yuan joined Kenyon & Kenyon as a summer associate in 2004 and returned to the firm in 2005 as an associate in the San Jose office. Since joining the firm, he has worked on patent litigation and patent prosecution in the electrical engineering and computer science fields.
Mr. Yuan received his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, where he served as an associate editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Yuan obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin with an emphasis on Computer Engineering. He has interned with AG Communication Systems, a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies, and IBM's Hardware Server Group. |
