Mark Weisberger joined IHOP Corp. in January 1994 and serves as vice president legal secretary and general counsel for the company. He brings to IHOP over 25 years of legal experience for several high-profile companies in a variety of industries. In his current position Mr. Weisberger provides legal counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management of the company and manages all legal affairs of IHOP Corp.
Most recently Mr. Weisberger served as general counsel for Sizzler International Inc. (formerly Collins Foods International Inc.) from 1987 to 1994. From 1980 to 1987 he served as assistant corporate counsel for Wrather Corp. a company that operated hotels and recreational facilities syndicated television programming and engaged in the oil and gas business.
Mr. Weisberger holds a JD from Southwestern University School of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Weisberger is a member of the California State Bar Association. Additionally he is a member of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations. |
