Mark Norman has responsibility for overall operations of the company as well as strategic planning. Norman has nearly 20 years of executive experience, with most of it in the auto industry. Prior to joining Flexcar, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of DaimlerChrysler, Canada, where his customer-first philosophy and focus on operational excellence were cornerstones in the division’s success. Previously, Norman was Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations, where he was responsible for sales and production planning, consumer and dealer incentives, regional marketing, and distribution. Prior to DaimlerChrylser, Mark served in various other positions in sales, marketing, manufacturing, and business development. |
