Mr. Michaud joined Kerlin in 2007 and has ten years of experience in investment banking. He started his career in 1996 with the JPMorgan Investment Banking Group in New York and was initially responsible for developing proprietary financial forecasting models, as well as training investment bankers in financial modeling. Soon thereafter, Mr. Michaud transferred to Hong Kong, where he was responsible for numerous mergers and acquisitions assignments throughout Asia. With JPMorgan Hong Kong, Mr. Michaud rose to the position of Vice President. In 2004, Mr. Michaud joined DBS Bank in Singapore as a Senior Vice President, and was responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development. Mr. Michaud returned to the United States in 2006, where he acted as a corporate finance consultant prior to joining Kerlin.Mr. Michaud earned his MBA in Investment Management and Management Science from Pace University in New York, and his B.Sc. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. |
