Mark D. Mako is an associate in the Real Estate Department of our New York office. He represents companies and individuals in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate; commercial property financings; commercial leasing transactions including office, industrial and retail leases for properties throughout the United States; and land use and development approval proceedings involving municipal zoning regulations and other governmental land use regulations impacting the use and development of real property.
