Mr. Gainer received a B.S. in Finance with Honors from Penn State University. He also graduated with Honors from Stonier Graduate School of Banking at The University of Delaware. Mr. Gainer joined Union National in 1976 and has served as the President and CEO of the Bank and Corporation since 1999, and as Director of the Bank and Corporation since 1996. In addition, he is the President of Main Street Mount Joy and a member of the Mount Joy Rotary Club. He also participates in the Community Connecting with Children Mentorship Program. Also, he is involved with the PBA Contact Banker Team to communicate with legislators, serves on the PBA Governing Council and is a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Finance Council. |
