He is a highly sought after and experienced public speaker where his energy and style have entertained more than 20,000 business professionals and college students annually on such wide-ranging issues as web commerce, leadership, technology trends, supply chain management, customer relationship management, web enabled call centers, financial management and applying Christian principles in business.
In addition to being chairman of the board of directors for PFSweb, Mark has held board positions with several public companies, Mark also has served on numerous private and non-profit boards including GNWC, a wire, cable and networking products distributor; Northern Arizona University Foundation Board, Northern Arizona University College of Business Dean’s advisory board and on a number of church and local club boards.
Mark is the author of .coms or .Bombs?... Strategies for profit in e-business, published in 1999, as well as co-author of an ongoing series of leadership development booklets titled Listen up Leader... He is an Associate Editor for the Center for Cycle Time Research at the University of Memphis. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Information Systems from Northern Arizona University. |
