Mark B. Waldstein graduated from Queens College in 1981 and cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1987. Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern in 2002, Mr. Waldstein was a member of the Torys law firm and the firm of Cassin, Cassin & Joseph LLP. His practice relates primarily to estate planning and trust and estate administration, with a particular focus on international estate planning for resident and non-resident aliens. He is also involved in the negotiation and preparation of prenuptial agreements and same-sex domestic partnership agreements.
Mr. Waldstein is an adjunct professor in the Elder Law Program at the New York University School of Continuing Education and serves on the Channel 13 Board of Professional Advisors and the MOMA Planned Giving Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association. |
