Mark Hannemann's practice is focused on patent and other intellectual-property litigation and dispute resolution, including jury and bench trials in Federal District Courts around the United States, appellate proceedings, and International Trade Commission investigations. Representative clients in such matters have included Alcatel SA; BASF AG; DaimlerChrysler AG; GAF Materials Corporation; Goss International Americas, Inc.; Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC; Robert Bosch GmbH; Sony Computer Entertainment of America; Vital Signs, Inc.; and Volkswagen of America, Inc. His expertise was recognized in the 2007 edition of the Legal 500.
Mark Hannemann graduated from Columbia Law School in 1995. After working as a commercial litigator at an international general-practice firm, he joined Kenyon & Kenyon in 1997.
