Mark Fortino is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fortino is responsible for managing and directing Financial Reporting and Analysis, Accounting, Human Resources and Training, Technology, Facilities, Loan Review, Compliance, Operations, E-Business Solutions and Internal Audit.
Mr. Fortino began his career in 1984 as a staff accountant with Baird, Kurtz and Dobson, CPA’s (BKD). During his nearly 10 year tenure with BKD as a CPA, Mr. Fortino worked extensively with bank mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, annual and quarterly SEC filings, as well as SEC registrations for the financial services industry.
Mr. Fortino received his B.S. degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the Missouri Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.
Mr. Fortino was a 2003 recipient of the Kansas City 40 under 40 Award. He serves as Executive Treasurer of the Girl Scouts of Mid Continent Council and is an Executive Board Member of the KU Accounting and Information Systems Advisory Council. |
