Mr. Fogg has practiced in Colorado for twenty-eight years. His practice is primarily comprised of defense of health care related claims including medical malpractice, Medical Board matters, anti-competitive claims, hospital related matters and risk management consulting. He has lectured extensively in these areas. He is a past President of the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Colorado and received the St. Thomas More Award in 2005 given to attorneys exemplifying the intellect, integrity, and moral courage of St. Thomas More. He was the Chair of the Denver Bar Association Professionalism Committee from 2004 to 2006. He was the Chair of the Colorado Bar Association Professionalism Committee from 2006 to 2007. He served on the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee for fifteen years. He was a Chief Deputy District Attorney in the Denver District Attorneys Office. He received his education at James Madison College, Michigan State University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and his law degree from the University of Colorado where he received the William O. DeSouchet Award for best trial team. |
