Mr. Floyd has been a director of our Company since October 2004, was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board in February 2006 and became Chairman of the Board in January 2007. Mr. Floyd served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Entrisphere, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, from August 2002 until its sale to Ericsson in February 2007.
