Mr. Boelke has served as our General Counsel, Vice President of Legal Affairs and Secretary since March 2006, and had previously served as our Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs since joining Entravision in March of 2005. Prior to joining Entravision, Mr. Boelke practiced law in the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Mr. Boelke received his law degree from the University of Minnesota, magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from St. Olaf College. |
