Marisa Rubitz is an associate in the Pleasanton office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Ms. Rubitz advises school districts with regard to all aspects of charter schools including reviewing and analyzing petitions and district oversight issues. Her areas of experience include: charter schools, student discipline, and employment and labor law.
While at McGeorge, Ms. Rubitz served as the Secretary of the Student Bar Association, was a three year Gordon D. Schaber scholarship recipient, and completed the Trial Advocacy programs with honors.
Ms. Rubitz has presented workshops on student discipline and sexual harassment. |
