Marion Mendelsohn has more than 20 years of customer service and business/support operations experience in the high tech industry, focused mainly on wireline and wireless enhanced services.
Before joining Integra5, Marion worked at Comverse (acquired Boston Technology in 1998) for 10 years in a number of different positions. In her latest role, she served as the Area Vice President for Business Systems Operations and Quality Programs. Marion's charter was to improve business systems and practices in order to achieve greater efficiencies in reporting project milestones, P&L metrics and automating revenue recognition processes. In addition to this, she also implemented a Customer Satisfaction database, corrective action tracking program and metrics project portal that allowed increased accountability and follow-through with customers.
Prior to that position, Marion ran the Customer Service organization as its Area Vice President. As part of the Global Senior Service Team, she was primarily charged with building an organization in the Americas to oversee all aspects of customer service functions. Over the years, Marion was able to increase overall customer satisfaction by 15% through implementation of improved service offerings, KPI and SLA best practices, remote location of service personnel and building a core competency of technical expertise.
Earlier in her career, Marion held similar positions at Stream International (acquired Corporate Software), both in the Services and Operations organizations for more than six years. Prior to Stream, Marion worked at NYNEX, as well as holding various senior management positions at a non-profit group where she managed overall operations and was responsible for securing funding.
Marion received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, and has published various technical papers in her career. |
