Mr. Villarreal is the Senior Vice President of Technology and is responsible for the architecture, design, and development of all UDW’s software products. He has been with UDW since its founding in November 1997. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University, he joined TeleCheck where he held several managerial positions before leaving to work within the energy industry. He is responsible for the design and development of all systems. |
