Mario O. Vicari is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Audit and Accounting group and has over 20 years of broad experience in providing accounting, auditing and advisory services to privately held and family owned entrepreneurial businesses and their owners. He also oversees the Firm's family business practice and construction and real estate practice. His expertise includes a wide range of areas such as business and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, financial management, performance assessment and improvement, and succession planning.
Mario joined Kreischer Miller after graduating from Allentown College of St. Francis DeSales with a BS in Accounting and Business. Mario is a graduate of the Business Advisor Certificate Program from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.
Mario is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Within the PICPA, he was the State Chairman of the Committee on Small Business. He is also an active participant in the Delaware Valley Family Business Forum. Mario is a member of the Board of Directors of the Construction Financial Management Association, Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation. He is also a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Associated Builders and Contractors and General Builders and Contractors Association.
Mario frequently speaks on financial management topics for entrepreneurs at the Wharton School Small Business Development Center.
Mario serves on the President's Council of DeSales University and is a past member of the Alumni Board. Additionally, he served on the Steering Committee of the Journey to Excellence Capital Campaign for the University. Mario was the Chair of the Parent Technology Steering Committee for St. Jude School and is presently Chair of the Steering Committee for the "Building Our Future" Capital Campaign for St. Jude Parish. |
