Marina Solo is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. She concentrates her practice in the area of mergers, acquisitions and securities, as well as general corporate representation, including drafting and negotiating shareholder/member agreements, buy/sell agreements, and employment agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Solo served as an associate at a New Jersey/New York law firm where she was responsible for negotiating contracts and drafting a wide range of documents in connection with banking, securities and commercial law transactions. In 2007, she was selected by the New Jersey Law Journal for inclusion in its annual 40 Under 40 list, which recognizes the top 40 attorney’s of New Jersey under the age of 40. Ms. Solo was also selected by the Super Lawyers directory as a Rising Star, as published in the August 2007 edition of New Jersey Monthly magazine. Ms. Solo attended Moscow State University, Russia. She graduated, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University (1996). She received her law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University Law School (1999). Ms. Solo is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. |
