Ms. Lordan develops policies and procedures to protect Qbit's intellectual properties and negotiates contracts for technology development. She implements agreements including IP license agreements, and participates in the guidance of strategic business planning. Ms. Lordan joined Qbit from Data Systems & Solutions where she worked on international matters such as FCPA, export controls and patent protection. She formally served as a staff attorney for Orblynx, Inc., handling software licensing, lease agreements and contract modifications. Ms. Lordan also held a position as an associate for Noto & Oswald in Washington, DC managing asylum and deportation issues as well as exclusion hearings before the United States Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. Ms. Lordan holds a BA in International Business from St. Louis University and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. Ms. Lordan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. |
