Marilyn Horner is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for NOVA Chemicals. She has executive oversight of the company's human resources activities worldwide.
Marilyn joined Polysar Limited, a predecessor company of NOVA Chemicals Corporation, in 1985 in the Corporate Treasury department. She held leadership positions within NOVA Corporation and NOVA Chemicals Corporation, including Vice President & Controller - Olefins/Polyolefins and Vice President & Executive Assistant to the CEO before assuming the role of Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Effectiveness in 2006. She was appointed to her current role in September 2008. |
