Marilyn M. Machlowitz, Ph.D. is widely recognized and respected in the field of executive search.

Since founding the firm in 1997, she has advised boards, search committees and senior executives of leading corporations, professional firms, foundations, hospitals and museums. She is assisted by a research team that is second to none.

She is oft-quoted in The Wall Street Journal and contributes to The Huffington Post.

Since 1978, Dr. Machlowitz has set the pace in providing talent solutions in the fields of executive search and executive development. She served in senior corporate HR roles and led the corporate board search practice at Catalyst. She is the author of several books, including the acclaimed Workaholics.

A graduate of Princeton University, she received her Ph.D. from Yale University.
