Marie Weiss-Rich is Sundyne Corporation’s Human Resources Director, Worldwide. Marie oversees Sundyne's human resources operations for over 750 employees located Arvada, Colorado; Dijon, France; Isfeld, Germany and Eastbourne, England and Tokyo, Japan. Prior to joining Sundyne Corporation in 2006, Marie held the position of Director of Human Resources and Corporate Safety for Daifuku America Corporation in Salt Lake City, Utah. Marie has experience in HR startup, recruitment, training and development, employee relations and communications, benefits and compensation, performance management, human resources technology, legal and governmental compliance, international project management and staffing, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Marie has experience in safety program development and management and was responsible for creating an online global safety database and reporting system that was implemented in six countries via the Web which significantly increased the timeliness and accuracy of safety data reporting. Marie's HR industry experience includes HR management in service, high technology, and manufacturing environments. Marie holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Masters degree in Organizational Management.
