Marie Johnston is a licensed patent attorney whose practice focuses on intellectual property law and technology, including patent and trademark prosecution and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Johnston is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and in the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Ms. Johnston graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University in 2000, receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemistry. She received her Juris Doctor degree with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma in 2003. While attending law school, Ms. Johnston served as Assistant Managing Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Order of the Coif.
