Ms. Kyriss' practice is focused mainly on products liability litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Kyriss is involved in litigation that involves high technology and state-of-the-art engineering. She coordinates nationally the defense of products liability claims against a major automotive manufacturer. Ms. Kyriss is also involved in litigation pertaining to tort actions against a major pharmaceutical company.
Ms. Kyriss has focused on litigation matters, including contract, commercial litigation and corporate matters. She has experience defending cases involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, unjust enrichment, fraud and unfair trade practices. Ms. Kyriss has successfully represented clients at mediation and arbitrations pertaining to issues involving medical components, electrical products and fraudulent business activity.
