Ms. Cioth has substantial experience in the areas of income and estate tax, trust and probate, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Cioth has counseled corporations and their owners and other high net worth clients regarding succession and estate planning issues and has handled probate and trust administration. She has also handled the formations, dissolutions, and reorganizations of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions of businesses, equity and debt financing, and securities offerings. Ms. Cioth presents at firm seminars, including the Contractors Legal Forum, and Breakfast Briefings, specifically on sophisticated succession planning techniques.
