Marie-Joëlle Khouzam

Ms. Khouzam received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University in 1985. She attended Georgetown University while interning on Capitol Hill and was later a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Innsbruck. She obtained her law degree from the University of Toledo in 1991, where she served on the Law Review and was a semi-finalist on the National Moot Court Trial Team.
Ms. Khouzam's practice concentrates in counseling and defending clients in a variety of labor and employment issues, and she also defends general litigation and insurance matters. Ms. Khouzam is past Chair of the Columbus Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Committee and the Community Service Committee and currently serves on the CBA's Board of Governors. She also serves on the boards of Children's Hunger Alliance, St. Stephens Community House, and the Grandview/Marble Cliff Chamber of Commerce. She is a frequent author and speaker on employment law topics and also conducts customized on-site training.
