Biography
Marcia Hall has twenty-two years of experience in auditing local educational agencies and municipalities, and has supervised field audits for the past seventeen years. Marcia graduated Magna cum Laude from California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor of science degree in business administration - accounting. She has been a speaker at meetings of the California Association of School Business Officials and recently worked with the California CPA Education Foundation on the planning of their annual School District Conference. Prior to joining Kemper CPA Group, Marcia worked for two local public accounting firms. In 1996, she became a principal with Kemper CPA Group, and in 1998, was appointed to the Firm's Quality Control Committee. On May 1, 1999, Marcia was admitted as a partner to Kemper CPA Group. Marcia is a life-long resident of Merced, where she resides with her husband and son.
