Marianne Barbino Dubuque is a partner in Carmody & Torrance’s Business and Real Estate Services Group, where she practices land use and general real estate law. Marianne has handled zoning, subdivision, inland wetlands, affordable housing, evaluation of title issues, acquisition of open space, litigation against land use boards, negotiation of leases, licenses and easements for telecommunications facilities, acquisition of land and easements for natural gas transmission facilities and regulatory approvals for electric substations.
