Marianna Udem joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin as an associate after initially entering the firm as a summer associate and remaining throughout the duration of her law school term. Since joining the firm she has assumed substantial responsibilities in a variety of cases, such as reorganizations under chapter 11 and liquidations in chapter 7. Ms. Udem has also represented diverse clients including trustees, debtors and creditors. Prior to joining Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin, Marianna served as an intern in the Tax and Bankruptcy Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph J. Riva of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Passaic County Vicinage..
