Maria Rosenfeld is responsible for all phases of the development process, including public reviews, project financing, design development and project administration during construction. With Moinian since 2000, Ms. Rosenfeld's recent completed projects include Marc, 260 W. 54th Street, a $135 million construction project with 393 apartments and 90W, at 90 Washington Street, a former 27-story office building converted into 398 apartments.
Today, she is responsible for the $100 million redevelopment of 18-20 West Street (formerly the Downtown Athletic Club) into 283 condominium units with a state-of-the-art club and fitness center; the $340 million development of 635 42nd Street, Atelier, a 500,000 square-foot mixed-use development; and 123 Washington Street.
Prior to joining Moinian, Ms. Rosenfeld was Director, Planning & Design for the 42nd Street Development Project, the New York State entity that is responsible for the redevelopment of 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. She specialized in land use management and corporate assistance projects for the Manhattan law firm of Stadtmauer Bailkin LLP. She holds a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University. |
