Margret Nedelkoff Kellems is a Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the Investment Banking Group of FBR. Ms. Kellems came to this position in June of 2004, after spending the prior four years as Washington DC's Deputy Mayor for Public Safety and Justice and Homeland Security Director. In her capacity as CAO for the investment banking group, Ms. Kellems is responsible for the internal administration of bank operations including policies and procedures, conferences and events, human resources, compliance, analysis and reporting, technology and transaction accounting.
Ms. Kellems has spent her career in business management consulting and operational management both in the public and private sectors. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. |
