Margie Backaus joined Equinix in 1999 and has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Equinix Ms. Backaus was Global One's Chief Marketing Officer responsible for strategy and execution of Global One products worldwide. In that capacity she oversaw the development of Global One market strategies product management and profitability worldwide marketing programs market research marketing communications and sales support for 65 countries. Prior to joining Global One Ms. Backaus enjoyed a successful nine-year career with AT&T holding various roles in marketing and product management operations and regulatory affairs.
Ms. Backaus is originally from Atlanta Georgia where she earned her M.B.A. from Emory University. |
