Experience:
Margery A. Colloff joined Emmet from White & Case LLP. During her career, Ms. Colloff has represented virtually every major New York bank trustee. Ms. Colloff has expertise in international debt restructuring and corporate finance on behalf of bondholders and bank trustees. Ms. Colloff also has extensive experience representing trustees and agents in corporate trust and structured finance transactions, and in the Trust Indenture Act, and fraud detection.
For the majority of her career, Ms. Colloff headed the Corporate Trust practice worldwide at White & Case, working in their Hong Kong and New York offices. Ms. Colloff has recently moderated anti-money laundering conferences for the RAND Corporation and is currently writing an American Bar Association treatise on the Trust Indenture Act.
