D. Margeaux Witherspoon represents clients in a broad array of commercial disputes and negligence-based torts. Her practice includes the representation of financial institutions, real estate entities, and product manufacturers. While attending law school at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Ms. Witherspoon served as the Vice President of the law school’s Black Law Student Association and as an intern for The Honorable Rafael Diaz of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
