Margaretta Noonan is a summa cum laude graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and began a career in Human Resources immediately after college working her way from Receptionist to Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer. Much of her career has been in the retail sector and she has had the opportunity to work as a specialist in a variety of different HR disciplines (benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc) as well as generalist roles.
After living in various parts of the United States, Ms. Noonan, a native New Yorker, returned to Manhattan to assume the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer for Hudson Highland Group, one of the world’s leading professional staffing, retained executive search and human capital solution providers. She currently leads a talented global team of HR/Legal professionals throughout all divisions of Hudson Highland Group.
Ms. Noonan regularly speaks and publishes on such topics as the role of stock options in compensation, the challenges of recruiting and hiring in today’s market and the turmoil of acquisition integration from a human resources perspective. |
