Maggie serves MasterLink’s clients as the Vice President of Professional Services. She provides in-depth business analysis, design and consulting services relating to clients' server/storage infrastructure environments and security services and processes. Maggie has worked with numerous customers in evaluating their IT business process, as well as helping them to define Disaster Recovery Plans. Maggie came to MasterLink with over nine years of experience in planning, managing and supporting technical implementations. She is skilled in managing workflow, process and product development from design through implementation including ongoing client, vendor and service partner relationship management.
Prior to joining MasterLink as Director of Infrastructure Solutions in 2006, Maggie worked for Tushaus Computer Services as Supervisor, Technical Project Leads. As the primary project lead, she built upon existing practices to formalize sales and service integration methodologies. Maggie established best practices, creating policies and leading service product development, and assumed formal supervisory responsibilities as the team grew. She implemented technologies for clients such as IP Telephony/Communications, server migrations and upgrades; storage management and recovery solutions; workstation upgrade and replacement rollouts; data center and new network design; and productivity application training.
In previous positions with other companies, Maggie worked in customer relationship management, product development, and coordinated design and requirements for new network implementations for small, medium and enterprise environments. She holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Maggie is training in leadership and team management, Total Quality Management (TQM) tools and methodology and Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. She and her family enjoy hiking, kayaking, curling gardening and other outside activities throughout the year. |
