Margaret M. Zylstra is a paralegal in Faegre & Benson’s Denver office. Margaret has assisted attorneys in the area of litigation for over 20 years. She has helped attorneys represent clients in several different areas including business litigation, class action lawsuits, insurance defense and employment law. For the past 5 years, Margaret has focused on patent, trademark and media litigation. She has been involved in a broad range of complex patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret cases. Margaret’s litigation experience and responsibilities include: Extensive experience in managing complex trials and trial preparation Management and production of e-discovery Collection and management of large volume document depositories Database management Legal research and cite checking Patent and trademark investigation Drafting of simple motions and pleadings Filing of electronic pleadings in both the State and Federal courts Margaret received her B.A. from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California and her paralegal certificate from Denver Paralegal Institute.
