Ms. Williams has been a Partner in Griffin Williams, a management consulting firm since 2005 and is currently a Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard. Ms. Williams was previously a Fellow at
the Institute of Politics at the John F. Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Williams served as the Chief of Staff for the Office of William J. Clinton. Ms. Williams served as the President of Fenton Communications, a public relations firm, from 2000 to 2001 and as
a private communications and management consultant from 1997 to 2000. Ms. Williams served as one of 17 assistants to then President of the United States of America William J. Clinton and also served as the Chief of Staff to then First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton from 1993 to 1997. Ms. Williams was the Director of Communications for the Children's Defense Fund, a national nonprofit organization, from 1985 to 1990 and was the Deputy Director of Media Relations for the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities from 1983 to 1985. |
