She represents institutional lenders, such as banks and life insurance companies, and owners, developers and tenants in real estate transactions, including real property secured loans, acquisitions and leases. Representative transactions include: Representation of Fisher Communications in negotiation and completion of a $250 million secured working capital loan facility;
Representation of Sterling Realty Organization in the development and leasing of a two-building office complex, including multi-floor lease agreements with UPS and Boeing, and the negotiation of permanent financing for $29 million; Representation of pension fund advisors in the leasing and disposition of multiple industrial properties in the Kent Valley; Representation of US Bank in numerous construction and terms loans, including loans involving the issuance of bonds by municipal housing authorities; Representation of Bank of America and KeyBank in secured lending credit agreements; and Representation of apartment investment groups in the acquisition and financing of various multifamily projects.
