Background: Marcus was born in Buffalo, New York and raised in Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on structural and geotechnical issues. He then graduated from Stetson University, College of Law and has focused his practice in the area of Construction Litigation. He has lived in the greater Orlando area since 1985 and has been witness to the extensive volume of growth experienced by Central Florida over the last few decades. Experience: Marcus has extensive experience in the construction litigation realm, representing contractors, engineers, architects, developers, owners, subcontractors, suppliers, developers and builders. All aspects of construction law have been covered, including breach of contract payment disputes, delay claims, roofing issues, design defect claims, personal injury defense (construction related) and government contracts.
