Mr. Krembs works out of Sterling Planet s Denver office, where his responsibilities include the identification, development and management of Sterling Planet s renewable energy certificate and carbon offset portfolio. He also manages related voluntary programs for utility partners and other commercial and industrial clients, each seeking to reach long-term, dynamic goals related to carbon neutrality. Mr. Krembs' professional background includes environmental commodity marketing and sales, including risk management, regulatory compliance, asset portfolio management, market development, project origination, deal structuring, accounting and management consulting. Mr. Krembs has crafted renewable energy and carbon neutrality solutions for electric utilities, Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, municipalities and non-profit organizations. Mr. Krembs is the former associate director of environmental markets with an internationally-focused environmental brokerage firm. Mr. Krembs also worked as a management development trainee for NV Nuon Energy Trade & Wholesale, an Amsterdam-based utility.
