Mr. Watts has served as our director since March 20, 2007. Mr. Watts is a partner in the law firm of Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP where he has practiced corporate and securities law since 1984. From January 2001 to June, 2005, Mr. Watts served as a director of Cornell Companies, a public company which is a provider of corrections, treatment and educational services outsourced by federal, state and local governmental agencies. Mr. Watts is currently a director of Aeriform, Inc. of Houston, Texas, a private independent distributor of gases and welding supplies and serves on the board of various civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Wafts was originally recommended for appointment to our board by our Chief Executive Officer. |
